Smaller than Reduce Person?

I'm converting an AD&D adventure and it has a trap that makes creatures shrink to 20% of their original height. Is there a spell that can reduce a medium sized creature down to Tiny rather than just small size?

Baleful Polymorph (Dru 5, Sorc/Wiz 5) will turn them into a "...Small or smaller animal of no more than 1 HD" (3.5 SRD)

Alternately, Polymorph Any Object (Wiz 8) will turn them into a permanently small form since you add all factors that apply in that spell (Same Kingdom +5, Same Class +2, Same Intelligence +2=9; 9+ --> Permanent Duration )

The psionic power compression can reduce up to two size categories. It does not normally work on others but putting it into a trap with some appropriate DC could work.
