Smuggler Encounter Question

In the encounter "The Meet-Up", what are the allies the Silvo is running toward if it's heading to the Wharf? Unless I'm reading something wrong, wouldn't there only be a couple Bravuras back there?

It's been a while since I wrote it, but I think my idea was that they try to get back to the Grinning Griffon. If that doesn't work, maybe they just want to ditch their boat on a more public dock and make a run for it through city streets.

I was referring specifically to if the PCs waited until the Silvo was very far from the Grifoni. I'll go with the 'heads to public dock' option if it comes up, with the crew grabbing all but one crate's worth of wands before running off.
