I would contend that using sneak attack requires you to be able to pick the most sensative or vital areas to attack, but in the stomach of a creature, I would think that you would not be able to avail yourself of an opportune strike.Therefore, I would not allow sneak attacks to a swallowed PC (I usually play a rogue, so please realize that I am being impartial), or I might consider house ruling it so that you do get sneak attacks ONLY if you are lucky enough to land a critical hit.</blockquote>
