Their hopping around from city to city and even country to country, they really dont get much time in anyone place to really enjoy their stopovers as a real tourist. I picture them more like navy and merchant marines hitting a port and having a short limited time to do anything, whch means mostly hitting the bars and clubs to relieve stress, I assume that gets  old after awhile for them too.
