(The FIVE feats available to this 3rd level fighter were almost overwhelming...)The got themselves into almost the same pickle last night when they captured an orcish prisoner and demanded he take them to his lair. Which he did... Speaking "cooperatively," but loudly, the whole time... So his 15 buddies and their dire wolf were ready and waiting when he led the PCs into a dead end... It got ugly again, the fighter dipped into negative hit points, but this time around the arcane caster made a huge difference (burning hands and a wand of sleep...) as did more favorable terrain (a narrow passage where the orcs had to back off or attack one at a time).They are going to miss the loss of their rogue companion, so I am trying to fill that player slot.Wulf</blockquote>
