I checked with the players and they were fine with. So they were exploring the remains of fantasy Egypt which was over run with Dragonborn and half Dragons.  The ruins of El Amara had Ra residing there. They went and had a look as they were searching for a place named Starfall. The plot is revolving around a second Day of a Thousand Suns. They have discovered the 1st on was caused by insane Gnomes using Falling Stars from the moon. I added in Spelljammer ships and the Guardians who have things like rifles. As I said gonzo.  As they explored El Amara they noticed a bright light in the sky falling towards them. The guardians fired a small Falling Star at them. They went underground fairly fast as I gave them 7 rounds to run. The session ended with the detonation and Ra who is a adult blue dragon emerging from his lair in Pharonic garb. One of the players at the end exclaimed something like "moon bases, evil gnomes and space ships".  Next week cloakwork and cannon golems. The moonbase is protected by Prism flowers that fire radiant beams (turbolasers) and some 2E spell jamming ships equipwd with gatling gun, prism flowers and Sandworms with a void dragon and falling stars for the campaign final. Full on gonzo. Not something I usually do.</blockquote>
