there is a matrix of 5x5 = 25 slots;
for example , I could have a 0 in Intellect Fortress ( so no attack mode linked to Intellect Fortress ) , and still have a 19/25 slots of the Psyche stat;
then, having a psychiatrics issue, while mastering some Attacks / Defenses ( master = level 5, say Mind Blank dealing with the 5 Psionic Attacks )
