hmmm... wasn't Scarred Lands build to fit the rules of 3.0/3.5? Like the "arcane heat" thing, the sorcerers and the titan Mesos, etc.? Could be difficult to adapt to 4.0...
...Dawnforge 4.0 or Dragonstar 4.0, however, could be quite nice...
