So what exactly are "Humans" going to get?

Right now it appears that the human has higher stats overall than the other characters, so people are suggesting they might get more stat bumps.

From the thread where some players reverse engineered the ability scores...

Humans apparently get a +1 to any score (equating to the Mountain Dwarf's +1 to STR, Hill Dwarf's +1 to CON, High Elf's +1 to INT and Lightfoot Halfling's +1 to DEX)... PLUS they get a +1 to ALL SIX SCORES on top of that.

This was figured out using the Elite array (15,14,13,12,10,8), and putting in the pluses for race as well as the +1 for class (Fighter STR / Rogue DEX / Cleric WIS / Wizard INT).

Those +1s across the board for Humans are actually interesting, because they basically become +1 bonuses to saves, +1 bonuses to skills, etc.

Well, that's not quite true. It takes +2 to become an automatic +1 to a save or skill. Otherwise, it's only +1 to these things about 50% of the time. Though, obviously, every human player will only buy odd stats once we get our point-buy rules.

And actually, I'm starting to think that humans get +1 to everything, then +1 to whatever their class gets a bonus to. That makes sense, that humans are good at everything, but even better at what they specialize in.

If that's true, that's interesting, though I'm concerned about the fact they're bringing back odd bonuses-- unless there's some kind of automatic stat inflation for levels, which the playtest materials seem to be suggesting there isn't.

One of the old articles on WotC's site mentioned +1 from race and +1 from class, so there's the even bonus (if they still follow that train of thought/design).
