So what was the final word on the WOTC Setting Search?

Good afternoon and happy holidays everyone. I haven't checked this site or the official WOTC for quite some time and was just curious as to what information was revealed about the WOTC Setting Search results.

Do we know anything about the winner? Thanks.

just last week it was revealed that "the bird" was, in fact, the final word.

I can't say I was surprised,

but I was disappointed.

And here I thought the winner was a world of bird people living on flying islands....

I think what might be a good startegy for them is to take the 1-page submissions for these 3 finalists and show them off, then have a poll asking which of the 3 the public prefers, and factor that into their decision.

Then again, if they're already doing something like this, just ignore me.
