So Where is...

JoeGKushner

Adventurer
Well, I've been looking over some sites and wondering where the following are:

AEG: Way of the Samurai: The ever outdated webpage states something like March... I'm thinking May? And if that's so, what happens to Way of the Ninja? (And how about some more adventure books in OA eh?)

Privateer Press: Monstronomicon? Soon?

Paradigm: Forged in Magic? How about the Codex Compendium?

Affinity: Is Windhaven still a May release? Looks promising if so.

These are just some report and check questions...

Bastion Press: Spells & Magic still on a go for next month (May)? Looks promising.

AEG: Gods? Looks like a nice companion piece to Monsters.

FFG has too many hardcovers coming out in May. T&TII is on my list though.

FFE: Dungeon World. I'm going to look this one over very carefully. I've been less than happy with previous works.

I guess that's about it. Everything else I'm interested in comes out after May or is already very late...

Hello Joe,

<<Paradigm: Forged in Magic? How about the Codex Compendium? >>

Forged in Magic is listed as a May release on our website. We're still on target for release to distributors, but you may see it in your stores in early June depending how quickly it turns around.

Codex Compendium is a free PDF that we are releasing on our website as soon as we get everything else off our plate. It should be out in a couple of weeks or so.

And don't forget about Spell Decks in late June/early July!

Thanks for the interest.

Best,

i just spoke to FFE people. the salesfolk aren't bad they sent me a blurb on DungeonWorld, it will be out from the distributers to the publishers May 13th and available from then on..

Salutations,

I recall reading, somewhere, that there was a problem at the printer and they had the send the whole run of WotS back to be printed. *shrug* No word on when it will hit the streets.

The last I heard (in a March 24th announcement by Matt Wilson on the Privateer Press mailing group) is that we should expect the Monsternomicon in June. Their webpage reflects that estimate. Whether that’s been revised or not since then, I can’t say.

May is the release month for Alchemy & Herbalists (it shipped in April and should be available at your favorite store by May 1st).

June is the release month for Spells & Magic. It will ship in May and should be available at your favorite store by June 1st. Spells & Magic is currently at the printer and on track for shipment.

We changed our release dates to better get in-line with Osseum (our fulfillment house). This resulted in on-sale release dates shifting a month. A complete schedule is available at our website.

For FFG - I know there was a problem with Dragonstar - Galaxy Guide (when isn't there at this point?) And should be out end of May, but most likely June. And the Imperial Supply out in July (I will say bet for after August). I do not remember any of their books every being out on time after since Gen Con last year. My group gave up, actually lost intrest in Dragonstar, damn shame, and trying to spark intrest is just not going to happen till the book is out.
