So which issue has the Bas-Lag material?

I remember something about Dragon having 2-3 articles on Bas-Lag (the world of Perdido Street Station). I thought it was to be in 351, yet I see no mention in 350's previews.

So has it been pushed back again?

Just for that alone, I would have been buying it.* There was a thread here a while back discussing slake moths and what makes them hard to hit. The easiest explanation being that they are a lot higher CR than the party, I think. But I'm hoping that there's some more interesting new mechanic coming out.

*As it stands, I love China Mieville and expect to buy two copies of this issue.
