Some Gen Con news [OWP]

Just wanted to let you know that you can find Open World Press (OWP) products at the Z-Man Games booth (#1501) during Gen Con 2004. Z-Man Games is the publisher of Omlevex, nominated for three ENnies this year.

Some personal news: I won't be able to make it this year, but I hope to next year when we will unveil "World of Whitethorn 1C: The City of Calas", a huge city project.

Instead, Brennan Taylor of Indie Press Revolution (IPR) will be representing OWP interests there and should "Village of Oester" win an ENnie for Best Adventure, he will be picking up the award for us.

IPR, representing a whole new way of selling gaming products for high-quality independent gaming companies, will also be offering high-quality RPGs and t-shirts, many available only at the convention. These are all four or five-star rated products. This is an exciting new development for the gaming industry. There will be many GREAT products to choose from, so please be sure to stop by! I got one of these t-shirts myself and it is one of my favorites.

Also, for those interested, there will also be a special sale on our popular "World of Whitethorn" line at the booth. Remember, it's booth #1501!

The critically-acclaimed adventure setting "World of Whitethorn 1A: The Hamlet of Thumble" will be available at a special price of $9.99 (33% off from $14.99)!

Its ENnie-nominated sequel "World of Whitethorn 1B: The Village of Oester" can be picked up for a special price of $11.99 (25% off from $15.99)!

Be sure to pick up these both of these great books as they are not available in most stores.

Thanks!

Ed

Great news Ed. Looking forward to it. :)

You know, I was just thinking of how I can contact you about this. ;) What's the best way to let you know about news?

If you'd like, I can arrange an interview with Brennan Taylor of Indie Press Revolution at your convenience. This is really big news and I think it might very well change the way a large portion of RPGs are sold!

By the way, Indie Press Revolution's roster includes a couple of companies which have products nominated for ENnies this year. There should be at least a dozen great companies signed on soon.

More to come!
