I recently got into Fantasy mini painting. I've mostly been sticking to the Reaper line. Some of my earlier work isn't that impressive, but I think it's improving. I'm just starting to experiment with highlighting and shading and such, so I'm still getting the hang of it. Here's a few shots, including a couple really early, horrible ones, and some of my later ones which I think turned out much better.
Any comments or hints will be appreciated!

First one I did. Not very good.

One of the lastest ones that I did, and probably my best job highlighting so far. You can't see the highlights on his plate armor from this angle, but you can see some of what I did on his muscle.

I did these guys very early on, and it was a very simple paint job, but I love how they came out anyways, even if they're nothing fancy.

This is the latest one I did. I wanted a very green-fleshy look for a half-orc. I think it turned out okay, but I'm still not 100% happy with how the pigment for the skin turned out. However, I think I did a good job on the bandages. I wanted them to look old and sweat stained.
