If so, then the situation with that is that if they had gotten the technology, then they would've had to have given Heavy Water back in the deal. So they would've helped them out against these other folks. So if they're not gonna give them the Heavy Water, why not help take them down? Not like they're gonna get the technology, anyway, unless they want to side with them and arm them.</blockquote>
