A terrible stench has appeared recently, and no one can figure out where it's coming from. It's chasing away customers and threatening the livelihood of the new owners and something must be done about it!</p><p></p><p>That’s where you come in, the adventuring party in need of a good night’s rest but instead now has a smelly inn with a big problem. Your quest to find the source of the stench will take you into dark forests, into deep caves and eventually face to face with a rather dismembered and unfortunate troll and a group of fanatical goblins who have decided this (still very much alive) troll is their new god.</p><p></p><p>How you solve this problem is up to you and Something Rotten gives you all the tools, tables, creature profiles, troll limbs, gross bits and weird magic that players and GM’s need to come up with inventive ways to save the inn. We’ve even written full tables to generate your own goblin cults to add some flavour (and chaos) to your games!</p><p></p><p>Are you going to fight the trolls’ semi-sentient limbs and beat the goblin cult out of the cave? Are you going to put the troll back together and team up to take the inn for yourself? Why not pit the disparate goblin cults against each other to make the fights a little easier?</p><p></p><p>Why not a bit of all the above?
