Sorcery and Steam -- any time now??

Release date is July, according to the FFG website. Since we're halfway through July, I'd expect to actually see a release date or something, but the website hasn't been updated (for that book, anyway) in months and my friendly neighborhood gamestore (I prefer the Spider-man phrase, thankyouverymuch) doesn't know anything but half suspects they'll dump it at the end of the month. Any news at all? This is one of the few books for the rest of the year that I was really looking forward to.

Was that the delay that caused it to not be released in April or May or whenever the original release date was? Or is this a new delay? Is it likely to still come out this month?

Check up on the FFG Rants Page for some insight on this. These aren't official comments, but usually give you an idea of what's going on.

Cityworks should be in any time. Sorcery & Steam and Redline have both had proofs reviewed.

Apparently the printer is having some trouble with their presses. Not sure if that's the printing problem you refer to or not.

UPDATE!

I got very prompt e-mail returns from FFG folks (kudos for their responsiveness!) explaining the delay with the printers, and the hope that the book still comes out by mid-August. Anyway, for those interested.

To me, this book is much more exciting than 3.5E.

Mid-August? Aw man, I was hoping to see my contributor's copies this month. :-( I really liked working on that book...
