According to allegations by the players- who forfeited their latest game in protest- their athletic funding has dropped to such low levels that uniforms are not being cleaned, equipment is not being maintained. Players aren't being fed on 600 mile bus trips to road games.</p><p></p><p>The facilities are so run-down that the weight room is moldy and mildewed.
