Sortable List of WOTC monsters? [Finished]

Maybe something like this exists, so before I create it myself, I'll ask you guys.

I'm looking for an Excel list of all the WOTC monsters from MM, MM2, MM3 & FF that can be sorted by CR, type, subtype, or name.

Does such a thing exist? If not the whole thing, maybe something to serve as a starting point?

So what should we list? I'm thinking

Name, CR, Type, Subtype, & Source

Google for D&D Rule Tracker or DM Buddy. DM Buddy has the CR, HD and such you are looking for but it might be hard to find since some publishers didn't want a full list of stuff from their books. The Rule Tracker is a big index.

I have a Wordperfect document listed by Terrain(which were selected based on my Campaign World) and then sorted by CR from there...pretty much every WotC book except for the more recent ones.

Okay, your suggestions are good. Lets include size, HD, Average HP and Space/Reach. It'll make the finished product a bit more than just a DM cross-refrence list, but will be abig help when DMs need to wing it and need a monster in a pinch or just need the 'bare bones' of said creature.

I got the file from the other site but it is severly outdated. So, I have started our project. I'm going to do this in MS word then PDF it when it is done. Then I'll post it here. Hopefully Morrus will sticky it.
