Do you enjoy narrative games with a few dice rolls? Do you enjoy history or just like knights, battles, intrigue and gunpowder? Doesn't matter! Join the fun, get your copy today and enter these final years of the late medieval era. Your company awaits, Captain... Hello y'all, I'm Mr.Misfit aka. Alexander Lenz, indie game designer and for the first time in my forever I'm releasing an english version of my game. It's called Soudard and players take on the roll of leaders of a mercenary company during the historical time of 1337 to 1453, the "Hundred Years War" era between England and France. The game has a strong narrative bent with d10 dice roll mechanics when purely narrative doesn't suffice. It uses mechanics inspired by Blades in the Dark, Pendragon, and others to make play a bit more fluid while also allowing for a good structure to encompass everything from smaller skirmishes to larger battles as well as social combat cues. In between players get to adventure in small or large events, take part in history or just do their thing trying to survive. It carries dominantly historical artwork and I've done the layout by myself which was a terrible struggle but I'm honestly quite happy with the result. Now, of course the entire game is set up to play the actual campaign and I hope to have that one finished before the year is out, but for the moment, there's already so much in there, that I'm sure you'll know what to do with it. Thanks for looking in here and cheers! [/QUOTE]
