Ok they all get into a car accident and for those whoo have seen it know what happens to to the plot twist. How could i do this with a PC who is near dead?

hold a conversation with your imaginary friends.

use a familiar or sentient object to take the place of some of the friends.

talk to some of the other players in your group, who may of had a similar experience. see if they will play along with you.

i mean ... should you pull the others aside and pretend that the person who was near dead was healed and act like things are ok until the very last moment?
