Sound files for humanoids and other monsters

Are there any good sound files available out there (free or for purchase) for such sounds as kobold barks, goblin warcries, orc warcries, dragon roars, etc.? There have been so many D&D and D&D-type video games made, each with so many great soundclips. I would think that someone would have created a CD or download file with good sound effects for use when running a pen and paper game with help of a computer and speakers. Can anyone recommend any such products?

I would suggest looking at the files that you can find in the Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights games. I have used them and the theme music in my game and it worked out great! :)

I'll second that. BG and NWN are probably great sources to start with for sound effects and music. NWN's music is basically an .mp3 format, all you have to do rename the file extention (I'm not suggesting you illegally distribute the music, but I made CDs out of it for when I'm prepping campaign material, running games, etc). And don't stop there, I'd be willing to bet Planescape: Torment and the Icewind Dale games would have equally good resources.

Hmmm, I used to have a sound file for a Goblin Polka Band.... (Is everybody happy?) If that wouldn't scare a bunch of adventurers I don't know what would....

The Auld Grump, who has to go digging for that now.... I think it was from the old Sid Mier's Magic the Gathering game....
