Sourcebooks containing Demon Lords and Arch Devils

First Post
Can someone list all the d20 sourcebooks (from WotC or otherwise) containing statted Demon Lords, Archdevils, Daemon Lords, Slaads, and other evil gods? They seem to be quite spread out among several sourcebooks, and sometimes you wouldn't automatically guess which ones contain them.

Armies of the Abyss and Legions of Hell from Green Ronin are apparently both excellent as sources for all things fiendish although I've only had a glance at them myself, they come highly recommended.

Since chatdemon was the one who recommended them and I can personally vouch for his vileness, I can only assume that they are indeed, vile creations :D

Under "evil gods," here's two others:

Faiths & Pantheons -- WotC's deity book for the Forgotten Realms.

The Divine & The Defeated -- S&S's deity and titan book for the Scarred Lands.

I'll second the recommendations for Armies of the Abyss and Legions of Hell -- both are excellent, and appropriately twisted.

Fast Forward Entertainment has also done Encyclopedia of Demons & Devils I & II. I don't know whether or not they have demon lords and so forth, I just know they exist. ;)

Tome of Horrors has Demon Princes and Arch Devils, along with dukes and such, and the Slaadi Lords, plus Loths.

Legions of Hell and Armies of the abyss mention, but give no specific details to Arch Devils and Demon Princes. There's a third book of Fiends due out some time this year. But no idea what will be in it.

BoVD has both Demon Princes and Arch Devils. Nothing else.

If you're interested in WotC's official stats for the classic Arch-Fiends, you'll want the Book of Vile Darkness. It uses only material from the core rulebooks and offers beings with CRs as high as 32. It is here that you'll find the "official" WotC Orcus, as well as prestige classes for some of the Demon Princes and the Lords of the Nine. It's the only place that has stats for Demogorgon (for now) and the official stats for Asmodeus.

I strongly recommend (as others have already) Green Ronin Publishing's Armies of The Abyss, Legions of Hell, and Book of the Righteous. All of these offer fantastic ideas on Demon Lords and Dukes of Hell. Bear in mind that none offer stats for the Arch-Devils or Demon Princes.

Tome of Horrors reintroduces many classic Demon Lords and Dukes of Hell. A fun book for the nostalgic!

Fast Forward Entertainment's Encyclopedia of Demons and Devils, while offering more historical conceptualizations of the various Demons and Devils, has some glitches with CR and relative strength. At least the first volume did, can't speak for the second. Tread with care.

Finally, Dicefreaks.com offers templates and stats for the denizens of Hell if you're interested in truly Epic versions of these beings.
