I guess what I am looking for is a source for noble ettiquite for d20 campaigns. How nobles beheve yadda yadda. Are there any books or resources that cover this?

thanks, those should help. If anyone wants to post more I am not looking for historical stuff but things that have good ideas on setting up a "fantastic" nobility.

I'd say take a look at or pick up a copy of the Pendragon RPG, especially the latest edition. There is a lot of info about nobility (Western European/English) that is focused towards roleplaying.

I'd also look at the various Historical Reference books that TSR put out, especially the Crusades, Charlemagne's Paladins, and A Mighty Fortress.

Machiavelli should be able to give you some fun ideas, at lest for a certain kind of noble.
