Hello, I'm having a new group made, and this is their first time playing. Though one of them was going to play a gnome, he got himself into the advanced race guide and was looking at tengu and gripplis. Now I know his favorite animal is the Snowy Owl, so I made him this custom race. Isn't too powerful, is it?

Slow and steady. Sova have a base speed of 20, but are not modified by armor or encumbrance.
Specialized, +2 wisdom, +2 intellect, -2 constitution. Sova are wise and intelligent, but have hollow bones.
Linguistic: Sova with high intelligence scores can learn any language but secret languages such as druidic.
Camouflage: Sova can pick one ranger favored terrain type (With GM permission, must be a terrain owls are native to). You will gain a +4 racial bonus on Stealth checks while within this terrain type.
Flight: Sova have a fly speed of 50 feet, and are average flyers, and thus take no penalties to their fly check.
Natural attack: Sova gain the natural attack talons for 1d4 dammage. Counts as a primary attack.
Bite: Sova have a bite attack dealing 1d3 dammage. Is a primary attack unless wielding manufactured weapons, and becomes a secondary attack.
