I really liked SEIV, but I'm not crazy about real time battle which SEV has. So I'm more a wait and see on it.

I'm not a fan of RT combat either, but I understand why MM went that direction (the infamous missile dance comes to mind...)

I'll pick it up as soon as it comes out, but I'm also hoping that some good mods come out quickly. I enjoyed the original SE4, but spend all my time now playing various mods, like Dev Null.
