Christian does an amazing job every month of releasing an outstanding product. Anyone who hasn't taken the time to check out Scrollworks, should. The articles are interesting, the artwork excellent and it's hard to believe that Christian does all of this out of his own pocket. No money other than donations and subscriptions. Sure, magazines produced by big name companies are glossy and pretty, but these companies use them almost solely as an advertising tool for their own product lines. Scrollworks is great generic role-playing material. It's produced in a d20 format, and anyone familiar with those lost 13 issues Christian was mentioning will likely notice that they had a decided GURPS lean back in the day. It will be interesting to see if he converts the material or releases it as is.
