When possible, they will remain invisible and employ a powerful suggestion spell to impart their message. If needed, a Principality can employ any of these abilities one at a time, one per melee round: Command, Detect Charm, Detect Lie, Tongues (and its reverse), True Seeing, Suggestion, Invisibility, Ventriloquism, Confusion, Project Image.
