Just slap Su on that SA, and it's good to go! ;) Or do you want to add something based on this: "An oathbinder genie is completely immune to all physical and magical attacks from a creature whose oath it oversees."? I'm not sure I like blanket immunity, but extra defenses might be nice. As for the soul-grabbing, I'd swear we did one those not too long ago, but I'm not sure where. The appollyon isn't quite it. Anyway, here's one candidate: Grab Soul (Su): An oathbinder genie captures the soul of any oath-breaker it kills. The oathbreaker may not be raised from the dead or contacted in any way, such as by a speak with dead spell for a period of X after they are killed. Victims of this ability may be resurrected or reincarnated, but the caster must succeed at a DC X caster level check, or the spell is wasted. I could see dropping the duration and/or the CL check. For the other: Oathbinding (Su): Oathbinder genies may perform a ceremony binding other creatures to a particular oath. If the bound creature violates the oath, they are designated as an oath-breaker for the purposes of the genie's other abilities. Furthermore, the genie instantly knows when a bound oath is broken, the location of the oath-breaker (even on other planes), and can transport itself to the oath-breakers location at will as if through plane shift and greater teleport. How's that for a start?
