Specialist Wizards free spells

Im at work and i need a quick answer. I looked at the SRD and could not find the answer. Is it true that a specialist wizard must, when choosing his 2 free spells at each level mak eone of them from his specialist school???

yes. one of the two spells must be from the wizards specialty school. I don't have my PHB at work (and it seems you don't either) so I don't have a page number. This is from my (failing) memory
