Spell Focus and Spell-Like Abilities

If you apply levels to a monster and add a Spell Focus feat, does that affect innate spell-like abilities? For example, if you add Spell Focus (Enchantment) to a Succubus, does the DC for her Charm Monster go up by 2?

I noticed that the Ultroloth in Manual of The Planes has the Spell Focus (Enchantment) feat for boosting some of its spell-like abilities. If an Ultroloth took wizard levels, would its wizard spells from the Enchantment school also be affected by the Spell Focus, or do you have to choose the feat for either spell-like abilities or real spells? Can all creatures boost their spell-like abilities with the Spell Focus feat?

Anything from that school would be affected.
Is the answer I got from WotC customer service.
