Pathfinder 1E Spell Focus House Rule - any good?

I was thinking of allowing players to use Spell Focus to give a +1 to DCs, OR to give +1 caster level. This way, things like Spell Focus (Abjuration) or Spell Focus (Divination) might get used. At best, when someone has Greater Spell Focus, they could get +2 caster levels.

Is the bonus too much? Or is it ok since it requires feats.

I, personally, don't consider it to be overpowered. What I would do, though, is make it a different feat.

School Specialization (or something like that): Choose a School of magic, your caster level on spells of that school increases by 1. Treat this feat as School Focus for the purpose of prerequisites.

There is a feat called Mage's Tattoo on the Inner sea world guide that requires School Focus and gives you +1 caster level on that school. But the above example, IMHO is not overpowered.
