Spell Focus magic item?

First Post
I'm creating a magic item (slotted) for one of my players that adds +2 to the DC of the wearer's enchantment spells - essentially granting Spell Focus: Enchantment. Has anyone seen a similar item in any 3E products, or have any thoughts on how to price it? Thanks.

off the top of my head I can't think of somethign that deals with spell focus. Psionics handbook has an item that deals with adding +1 to the psionic roll when dealing with the DC and is priced at 2000 and takes up an amulent slot.. Another gives a +2 to manifist level checks (basically caster level to beat SR), is priced at 4000, and takes up a unique slot and stacks with Power Penetration and Greater Power Penetration.

Personally I don't see why not having a market price of around 4k and allowing it to stack with Spell Focus and Greater Focus.

Someone, please correct me on if 3rd eyes take up a unique slot or not

I'd price it a bit less than a full +4 ability score bonus item, perhaps 3/4ths the price. But in the name of balance I'd make the discription as follows:

Hairpin of Enchantment: This item grants the wearer the spell focus (enchantment) feat, giving them a +2 bonus to their saving throw DCs.

That keeps abuse to a reasonable level. If it simply stacks lable it as an enhancement bonus (see the book of elderitch might for a few spells that do this) and up the price a bit.

On a related subject, are there any guidelines for items that grants feats as powers? I know there's the Mighty Cleaving quality for weapons, but what about Gauntlets of Cleaving or something like that?
