Spell like abilties

When a creature as spell like abilties listed as 1\day; Darkness; inviablited for example... do they get one of each or do they get to choose one of the two?

They get one each. Can't find a quote, though... Anybody know a quote?

It's basically a list showing which abilities they can use 1/day or 3/day, at will, etc.

If they meant it to be one or the other, it would have the word 'or' inserted.

Also, if it meant 'or' without having the word 'or' there, it wouldn't make any sense for the 'at will' abliities, since they are, well, at will and without limit.
