Spell reference sheets that are age-friendly?

Our gaming group has been together for over 20 years now, which puts several of us at age 50 or beyond. As those of you who are contemporaries of us recognize, the eyes start to go around then, if not before.

Here's our problem: character sheets and spell reference sheets tend to use *really* tiny font sizes, in order to pack as much information as possible onto a page. Several of the players in my group are simply *not* able to read these, even with glasses.

The Green Ronin Character Folios have proven to be a godsend in this regard, and these players now use them for their characters. These same players play spellcasters, and would like to be able to have spell reference sheets (i.e., listings of all the spells for a particular class), for use in planning daily spells -- for example, the D&D Character Sheets come with such sheets, and Claudio Pozas did PDF sheets as a web enhancement for the Fiery Dragon Battlebox. Unfortunately, these sheets (as well as any others I've found), once again, use very small fonts, and my players can't read them. (The official D&D ones are a real shame -- they waste a ton of space, but still use like 8pt type.)

So, does anyone know of spell reference sheets for 3.5 that are printed in something bigger than 8 or 10 point type? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the pointer, Mark.

Yup, this is bigger type (good). But, this still isn't quite what we're looking for. Each level of spells takes up a full page, and we don't need the capsule descriptions.

What we'd *really* like (and what may not exist) is something like Claudio's Battlebox web supplement, but in a bigger font size.

I am not familiar with "Claudio's Battlebox web supplement". But if you don't need the capsule description what do you need?

Check out some of the free SRD formats here...

One of those may be what your looking for. And if not, you should be able to cobble something together via copy & paste from one of them.

Take a look at the PDFs at the bottom of this page:

What we need are checklists that the players can use when they are planning their PCs' spells for the day. Essentially, a list of the spell names (sorted by level, and by school for the wizards), in a big enough type size that we can read them. :)

I'll do that.
