I am designing a magic item and I am not sure how to price it...
The owner of this device can store ten levels worth of spells in the device for later use by casting each one into the vessel. Up to three levels of spells can be launched at a single target on command. You cannot target more than one opponent in a round. Stored spells fade away after one day per caster level so they must be used before they expire. When found the device has 1d10 levels worth of spells stored in it.
