If a spell states that you get a +1 bonus for every 3 levels of the caster (up to a max of +6) with a minimum bonuse of +1. Does it top out at level 15 or 18? See Divine Power (or Favor - don't have my book in front of me).

I think it is 18 but just want to clarify.

Thanks.

It tops out at 18th-level; it'd be +1 at 1st through 5th level, +2 at 6th through 8th, +3 at 9th through 11th, +4 at 12th through 14th, +5 at 15th through 17th, and +6 from 18th onward.

It is (or rather, was*) +1 / 3 levels. 18/3 = 6. The minimum isn't a bonus to be added, it's just that: A minimum. It means that you'll get something out of this spell even if you're only level 1 or 2, but for the +2 bonus, you'll still have to wait until level 6.

*Note that with the revision (3.5e), Divine Favour was changed so the bonus tops out at +3.
