When in doubt, the table's out. Also, 3.5 introduced a massive culling of DC increasing feats as a deliberate design in the revision. I think the table taxt was copied and pasted from 3.0, the the 3.5 feat was written to accord with the design intention.So: No DC increase.Shorter answer: Just ask your DM, if he/she agrees, who cares what the book says?Rassilon.</blockquote>
