Just to be clear, I hated the 1st Ed. (and 2nd Ed.) Wish. I was playing my 3rd game ever. Player A pissed off Player B. I watched in horror as the GM allowed the following wish to go through. "I wish that Player A's head is now up his ***. Oh, that's physiologically impossible, so Player A is automatically dead." That was the end of me ever allowing Wish as an available spell for spellcasters in my campaigns. Yes, I know it's more restricted now. I feel that the 3.x Wish isn't really a wish, it's just an any spell (which I feel is silly). But never mind that, I'm going way off on a tangent. Well, I didn't mention that I was thinking I wanted to tweak a few things. True Strike is only 1st level, IIRC. I always thought True Strike should be 2nd/3rd level. +20! What were they thinking putting that in a 1st level spell? I'll never know. Mass Bull Strength is 6th, and the base is 2rd. That's +4 levels. Based on my feelings about True Strike, Mass True Strike should be 6th/7th. Based on the more general examples of 3.5 spells, shouldn't Mass True Strike be 5th? Why would a 1st level spell require +9 levels just to go "Mass"? Now, how about Mass Greater Spell Immunity? That should be 12th level. Or what about Mass Mordenkainen's Magificent Mansion? I kid you not. (I had some players who wanted to put up a whole freaking village of them once to house a bunch of refugees.)
