Transmutation [Scalable]
Level: Brd 1, Clr 1, Drd 1, Pal 1, Rgr 1, Sor/Wiz 1
Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: Swift Action
Range: Touch
Target: Creature Touched
Duration: 1 round/caster levels + 1 round
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)
When you cast this spell, choose a specific skill you wish to grant a bonus to. The target gains a competence bonus to said skill equal to twice the spells level +2 if the target has the skill as a class skill. If the target treats the skill as a cross class skill, the competence bonus is equal to the spell’s level +1. Unless the target is trained in the skill, the spell is wasted. The caster is only allowed to use one focus per casting of this spell.
Example 1: Mialee casts Skill Focus (Open Locks) on Lidda as a 4th level spell as a 7th level Wizard. Being that open locks is a class skill for Lidda and because Lidda has invested ranks in the skill and is therefore trained in it, she gains a +10 competence bonus to open locks for 8 rounds.
Example 2: Hennet casts Skill Focus (Escape Artist) on Tordek as a 6th level spell as a 12th level sorcerer. Being that escape artist is a cross class skill, and that it can be used untrained, Tordek gains +7 bonus to escape artist checks for 12 rounds.
Focus: A small token to represent the skill granting the bonus to. For example, a spider for climb checks, a tome for Knowledge checks, flippers for swim checks, a key for open locks, etc. The DM is free to come up with a list of what tokens are acceptable for certain skills, or can leave the decision up to player and can deny it if she doesn’t think the focus isn’t appropriate for the skill. The focus must have a value equal to 100 times the spell level used in gp.

Teleport
Conjuration (Teleportation)
Level: Drd 7, Sor/Wiz 9, Sps 9, Travel 7
Components: V, F, LL
Casting Time: One round per passenger teleported
Range: Personal and touch
Target: You and touched objects or other touched willing creatures
Duration: The casters base hourly overland speed multiplied by ten per round
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No
The brightest white outlines you and everything else touched or linked. After the caster completes the casting of the spell, she and everything accompanying her vanish. The caster and all linked items and individuals travel at lightning fast speed along a ley line to get as close as possible to the destination point.
This spell allows the caster and all linked cargo (whether objects or passengers and no more than your maximum load) to travel to a far away location more quickly than any other non-mechanized mode of transportation would allow. The caster always knows where she is geographically and can switch from one ley line to another. While traveling as pure energy along a ley line the caster and her cargo does not age (only keep track of this if transportation would take a day or longer) or want for nourishment or need rest.
The caster does not need to know specifics of her destination point, a vague impression of it will suffice. Regardless, the caster always knows where she is geographically and can end the duration of the spell when she gets closest to her ultimate destination or earlier if desired.
Only willing creatures can accompany the caster so if a passenger decides at the last second to drop out before the spell is completed, they are excluded from the teleport even if they are still in physical contact with the spellcaster.
Teleport allows the caster bring along cargo so long as it doesn’t exceed your maximum load. You may also bring along one willing Medium or smaller creature (carrying gear or objects equal to its maximum load) or its equivalent per two caster levels. A large creature counts as two medium creatures, a huge creature counts as two large creatures and so forth. All creatures to be teleported must be in physical contact with one another and at least one of the passengers must be in physical contact with the caster.
Objects held or in use (attended) by another person are unaffected unless the attendee desires it.
