Any con-based warlock is going to be lacking a good option to multiclass into, as no other class provides con based powers. This also gives them some melee powers in case they are in close quarters. By going full spellscarred savant, they can get spellfire mastery at level 16, and use up encounter spellscar powers (including utility powers) to get more use out of their own arcane powers. That you can get rid of a low level power to recharge a higher level power is great. There are some other classes that could use it, but the con-lock has the right combination of being an arcane class that can benefit from the paragon path, and lacking alternatives for multiclassing.</blockquote>
