How about this... I'm afraid I used the organic web shooters, but I think in the interest of a good template it's worth it. RADIOACTIVE SPIDER VICTIM TEMPLATE This template can be added to any living creature. The creature's type changes to magical beast. The creature gains the following advantages: HD: The creature gains 4 bonus Hit Dice. AC: The creature gains an insight bonus to AC equal to its Hit Dice. Attacks: If it doesn't already have one, the radioactive spider victim gains a slam attack. A medium creature deals 1d6 damage with it; this scales up or down with size per the MM. Special Attacks: The radioactive spider victim can cast web at will, either as the spell, to create a tether to swing from (this may shoot out to medium range), or as a special blinding glob to close range (Ref DC 10 + half HD + dex bonus to avoid). The webbing lasts for 1 minute/HD of the radioactive spider victim template. Special Qualities: Web-Slinging: As long as there are tall buildings or similar features to swing from the radioactive spider victim can brachiate at a rate of 100'. Jump: The creature's jump distance is not limited by its height. Uncanny Dodge: The creature retains its dex bonus even when flat-footed or attacked by an invisible opponent. Spider Climb: At will. Abilities: Str and Dex change to those of a spider of the same size as the creature. Skills: The radioactive spider victim gets the following racial bonuses to skills: Climb +30, Jump +30, Spot +10, Tumble +30 Hehe... proportional strength and speed of a spider, indeed!
