Spirited Charge and Deadly Charge

Under the Cavalier prestige class from Complete Warrior, it says that Deadly Charge and Spirited Charge do not stack. I am assuming the only point to Deadly Charge is that it gives you the ability of Spirited Charge without having to spend the feat on it. That being said, Unstoppable Charge does not have the same wording, does that mean that if I use Unstoppable Charge and have the Spirited Charge feat I would in effect do sextuple damage with a lance on a charge?

Nothing in the errata leads me to believe that they don't stack.

Basically, the two abilities are Improved Spirited Charge 1 and 2. Unstoppable Charge is Deadly Charge except with a greater multiplier, so you have to look back at the Deadly Charge description to see it doesn't stack with Spirited Charge.

Also, Spirited Charge is a prereq for Cavalier. The Cavalier's big thing is he can do a better version of Spirited Charge (which is double damage, triple with a lance) a few times a day with Deadly Charge (and later Unstoppable).
