Message: <blockquote data-quote="Orius" data-source="post: 824151" data-attributes="member: 8863">It is weird.  My theory is that Trance's people may very well be some sort of divine agents or something intended to counteract the machinations of the magog god.  However, they aren't all nice.  The episode from last season which first introduced the nasty Pyrians, also mentioned the actions of another of Trance's people.  He apparently brught chaos to a world and caused a massive war IIRC.  Then in this week's episode, we see they've had second thoughts about the new Commonweath, and were willing to see the Pyrians destroy it so the magog could be stopped.Then there's the big mystery of what the Vedrans are up to.  They're the founders of the original Commnwealth (they look kind of like blue centaurs or something).  At the end of the Nietschean war their world, Tarn Vedra, the capital of the Commonwealth, was cut off from the slipstream, and they haven't been seen since.  Well, until the end of last season when one showed up.  Apparently they cut themselves off from the slipstream on purpose, and I'm pretty sure they're aware of the magog threat.  They've also been monitoring Dylan's progress and approved of his efforts.  But it's still a huge mystery about what their plans are too.</blockquote>
