It may be a future flashback during a sweeps period.I saw the original pilot, with Sherylnn Fenn as Harley, they did make a number of changes besides replacing Harley. The Voiceover was not there, the whole cats eye was used when Helena entered the dark apartment.. with the reedit they make it appear she changes when she 'activates' her powers..Also they have released a press release saying Dinah's mother will guest star as Black Canary later on.. except they pretty much eliminated that possibility in the pilot.. hell they aren;t even following thier own continuity.. sounds like Enterprise..</blockquote>
