[ooc: Just a bit of trivia while we wait then: Did you know that the SOCOM was designed to be an 'offensive' handgun? The American governmant offered a contract to whoever could design an offensive handgun (seeing as almost all handguns are made as secondary firearms with defense in mind), Heckler & Koch and Colt competed for it but H&K won in the end with the SOCOM. Its size is comparable to that of the Desert Eagle's and it can fire groups within 2 inches at 50 yards (a good reason for it to have a far better range increment than other pistols). Its suppressor works exceptionally well wet or dry but better when wet, and in addition to a visible laser and flashlight it also has an infrared laser. All in all a pretty nice pistol yeah? ]
