Tradecraft is the art and science of spying. How to work a stakeout. How to cultivate a mole. How to cover up your activities. How to vet a contact. How to get your orders, carry out your orders, and get paid. By Twilight Zone element, I mean a certain level of freakiness, that isn't outright supernatural. Things that you just can't explain, but disturb you on a gut level. X-Files had some of that. The show Psi Factor had a lot more. If you have a contact who is constantly showing up, giving cryptic advice, and then disappearing without you seeing him move, he probably is touched by the Fringe. If you have an experience in which the light looks wrong, electronics behave oddly, and you lose a sense of time, you've probably wandered into a Fringe event. It's not vampires, just creepy people with a blood fetish, yet who do seem to have an oddly hypnotic effect about them. Oh, and I forgot to mention this earlier. Go to Modus Operandi, dpmcalister's site. Download his Ultraviolet campaign. It's based on the British TV show of the same name, about agents of the Catholic Church who battle a vampire conspiracy. It kicks much @$$, and will give you a good idea of some of the freaky things that can be done easily inside Spycraft. You should also search around a bit at the Shadowforce Archer site, and on the forums. Several people have done up campaign bits based on Resident Evil.
