Stacking Death Touch with a unarmed or other melee attack

I have a cleric in the group with the death and destruction domains. Can you stack the death touch ablity with a melee or unarmed attack?

I'd say you can stack it with an unarmed strike, and that you are considered "armed" for the purpose of drawing AoO's. One thing though, IMO, you couldn't "activate" your death touch AND make an unarmed attack (other than the regular melee touch attack described in the power's description) in the same round. Basically, i'd treat it like any other touch attack spell.
