standard equipment bundles?

For when a party needs to be made in a hurry, are there standard equipment bundles for each class that a character can take instead of buying all his stuff piecemeal?

I don't own the 3.0 or the 3.5 rulebooks. If there are standard equipment bundles, are they available for viewing on the internet?

There is a "starting package" for each class, but the starting package in question is for level 1 only.

Said starting packages do not appear in the SRD.

There are additional starting packages on WotC's web site here. They're similar to the ones in the PHB but most of them are unusual class/race combos like gnome paladin (but that doesn't matter much as far as equipment is concerned). They're all first level characters.
