Star Wars D20 New Jedi Order Sourcebook -- Any good?

VERY good - if you are running a NJO campaign, it is absolutely necessary.

The only bad part is the organization of the book - it is organized into chapters in order of the novel releases, with the introduction of an item, character or monster in the chapter with the same name of the book it was introduced in. This "timeline format is useful for some things, but it makes it hard to hunt for other things, such as the EVA equipment the Vong use - it's not with the majority of the equipment, it's in chapter 4(I think) instead, in a sidebar.

You players wil despise you for picking up this book, because there are so many other nasty things that can be done with the Yuuzhan Vong.

P.S. The cover art by Ashley Wood, no disrespect meant, is HORRIBLE. It's as if someone photoshopped Luke Skywalker's contorted head onto the body of the central figure in the painting The Scream, and plopped in a creature that COULD be a Yuuzhan Vong with an Amphistaf fighting him - but because of the blurriness it is unclear.

I guess I should have mentioned this fact in the first place... I doubt I'll be running/playing a NJO game anytime soon. To be honest, I'm more of a West End Star Wars kinda guy. I'm more or less interested in the NJO sourcebook as a companion to the novels, which I greatly enjoy. So how does the book stack up in that regard?
